Hydraulic system has been used very widely in the modern stage system, through the hydraulic system of the stage, we can realize many functions of the stage, such as lifting and revolve, and this makes the effect of the performance even better. But the hydraulic stage system is relatively huge, faulty, it is not easy to check out the fault location quickly, this makes the efficiency of eliminating the hydraulic system low. Based on this problem, the project designs a simulation of speed control loop of the hydraulic stage system, it can collect, analyse, monitor the pressure and flow in the hydraulic system, it achieves the remote monitoring and real-time alerting, thus it reduces the artificial workload and it ensures the accuracy of the data. So, it can estimates and locks the position of fault more quickly, and then improves the work efficiency, removes the fault in time.
