EMPIRICAL ANALYSIS ON THE RELATIONSHIP BETWEEN REGIONAL LOGISTICS AND REGIONAL ECONOMY IN CHINA

Regional logistics and regional economy depend on and promote each other. Regional logistics is a key ingredient of regional economy, and plays an important role in supporting the movement of regional economic transactions. The development of regional economy will enlarge the scale of the regional logistics, and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of it. An empirical analysis is made on the relationship between regional logistics and regional economy by using China's provincial panel data from 2005 to 2010, and by using the method of panel regression model to make evaluations, the author finds that a linear relationship exists between them.
