摘要

Given the disadvantages of current models about cultural integration in cross-border M&A being static and generally-analyzing, this paper puts forward a dynamics axle model of the cultural integration in cross-border M&A, the core of which is the integration of values system, and the focus is the integration of behavior patterns, with four guarantee measures on the outer level, namely apperceiving and diagnosing, respecting and tolerating, integrating and transforming, internalizing and consolidating. According to the cross-case study on Lenovo and Benq, the paper tests the adaptability and feasibility of the dynamics axle model, providing useful reference to Chinese enterprises on culture integration in cross-border M&A.
