The interaction of species in the mathematical ecology such as herbivore-vegetation model, predator-prey and competition models for population dynamics, virus dynamics model, etc., are complex ecosystems dynamics. The analysis and synthesis of such systems is important because it is possible propose strategies and protocols that can avoid the extinction or overexploitation of species, such that the species are away from the extinction, as well as to understand the dynamics and to prevent the proliferation of invasive species, or maintain in low levels the population of a specific species.
