1. The maximum hydrogen yield of 0.1619 mL/g glucose was estimated at the time 6 hours, Substrate concentration 7.61 g/L and the Biomass concentration 0.437 g/L 2. Response surface methodology is found to be one of the better tool to optimize the fermentative hydrogen production.
