Improve the Employment Quality of Land-lost Farmers in the Process of Urbanization

History has proved that, as the basis of our highly socialized production, the process of urbanization will continue to be pushed forward. Traditional rural agriculture-based society will be gradually replaced by a modern urban society which is dominated by industry and services. Urbanization process and the extension of the city make more and more farmers from the land stripped out. Farmers lost their land, wandering at the edge of the city, both life and employment face serious challenges. The current monetary compensation and land-based job placement approach is the lack of economic utility, and it can not protect the land-lost farmers for sustainable survival. By institutional factors and the limitation of farmers own ideas, such as the cultural quality, labor skills, etc. are not suited, they bear the great pains from the process of urbanization. Therefore, the landless peasants stability of re-employment is particularly important.
