System Dynamics Simulation Research on Impact and Policies of Financial Crisis on the Economic development in Central Region

Based on system dynamics, this paper establishes a System Dynamic model of the economic development of Central China. Using the data from 2000 to 2006, the authors make dynamic analysis and test the validity of the model. Meanwhile. according to the simulation and prediction of the model, the simulative economic development situation of Central China from 2007 to 2009 has been obtained. The authors compare it with the actual situation of Central China after financial crisis, and conclude that financial crisis has both positive and negative effects on the economic development of Central China. By changing some parameters of model, the result shows that increasing the financing funds of financial institutions and improving the rate of third industry's output can greatly enhance economic development of Central China. And the financial crisis is a good chance. By studying the proposition mentioned above, some countermeasures and suggestions are put forth.
