摘要

Financial crisis has brought about seriouschallenges for human resource management of enterprisesin China. Based on analyzing the new problems faced byhuman resource management of Chinese enterprises in thecontext of financial crisis, and combining with the humanresource strategies of China's largest e-commerceenterprises - Alibaba Group response to the financialcrisis, the paper pointed out that Chinese enterprisesshould adjust the relevant management strategies, enhancethe loyalty and trust of employees according to changes ofinternal and external environment from aspects' of thedynamic allocation of human resources, salary structure,employee training, labor relations and others, eventuallyenhance the performance management and achieve long-term development of enterprises.
