The development of enterprise annuity is vital tosuccessful development of endowment insurance. The investmentoperation of enterprise annuity will encounter risks inevitably, itis important to identify and avoid the investment risk forpreserving the value of enterprise annuity. In this paper, the riskof investment can be divided in to three aspects from perspectiveof risk aversion: The risk of policy and macroeconomic control,the risk of market operation and the risk of trust mode.
