To share our best practices, the key findings as well as the limits and difficulties to launch such BHLS projects. To understand better the best ways to create and improve this potential BHLS market; the ways to be coherent in choosing all the system components. To identify the main research and demonstration needs to go forward. Finally, to disseminate our results by a publication and a web site (notably in terms of best practices and recommendations). Our target group: politicians, but also authorities and operators.
