Study on Human Factors of Risk Management for Natural Disasters

摘要

The risk of natural disaster has both the natural and social features. Basing on the human factors in social attribution of natural disaster, the article using the methods and views of disaster psychology and management, has the qualitative studies on the interaction and relationship between relevant human factors to risk management, such as the psychological consciousness, ideology between individual and mass and government public administration. In addition, the content emphasizes the significance of efficiency and sustainability on cognition, policies, measures and decisions of disaster reduction or mitigation in the natural disaster management.
