摘要

Wetlands , one of the most important ecological environments for human living, have very important function of promoting sustainable developing strategy and protecting human living environment. In recent years, 0.133 million hm~2 of wetland has disappeared caused by natural condition and human factors. In order to protect and recover ecological environment of wetland in Tangshan, rational ecological allocation of water resources to assure water demands of wetland is an important factor. Considering the fact that Tangshan city has a number of abandoned reservoirs which are still full of water, this paper investigates a combination of reservoir spill path, hydrological ecology situation and water works layout , for the recovery and reconstruction of wetlands by water resources ( mainly from abandoned reservoirs) . Three types of wetlands ( flooded wetland, lakes and coastal beach ) in Tangshan City have been recoved and reconstructed based on the strategy above , to set up the complex ecologically — based "nature — artificial" wetland system.
