Enlightenment of Low-carbon society's low-carbon construction on the development of 'two-oriented society' of Wuhan circle

The Climate Group recently announced to develop from 15 to 20 low-carbon cities in the next 3 to 5 years in China. The construction of two-oriented society of Wuhan circle should be combined with the construction of low-carbon society. It shuold seize the favorable strategic opportunities and apply actively to the World Meteorological Organization and the World Wide Fund for Nature for a low-carbon cities pilot. This paper is based on concept of the low-carbon city, giving a brief introduction to the importance of low carbon cities and low-carbon buildings. Then I give a few suggestions about how to construct the two-oriented society of the Wuhan circle on low-carbon society's low-carbon buildings.
