In order to build a harmonious Three Gorges Reservoir, so that all immigrants can be the old cared for and the sick treated. We must improve the performance assessment of Three Gorges Reservoir immigrants' social insurance fund so that we can get a reasonable use of Three Gorges Reservoir immigrants' social insurance fund. This article first introduced the significance to establish the performance assessment system of Three Gorges Reservoir immigrants' social insurance fund, then design quantitative index of financial performance and qualitative index of managerial performance to construct the performance assessment index system of Three Gorges Reservoir immigrants' social insurance fund in accordance with the specificity of Three Gorges Reservoir immigrants' social insurance fund, the characteristics of social insurance fund operation, laws and regulations related to policy and the core concerned by Statements user.
