Legal Practice Experience of Early REDD Projects in Developing Countries and Enlightenment in China

摘要

This paper concludes legal practice experience of early REDD projects in developing countries, analyzes some important factors in building the domestic legal framework of REDD mechanism, and finally discusses enlightenment in constructing the REDD mechanism domestic legal framework, i.e. enacting REDD rules in China.
