Cognitive psychology's learning theory focus on applying learning theory to practice in education. Gagne's cognitive learning theory presents the entire process of information processing and information extraction. Under information processing theory and problem-solving strategies of cognitive psychology's guidance, teachers should emphasize the researches of cognitive structure of students. Teachers play a leading role in helping students to build a new knowledge system, extract effective information and train the students' learning competence, applying skills and innovative abilities.
