Enzymatic synthesis of ursolic acid glycoside ester (UAGE) from ursolic acid(UA) and glycoside using lipase from Candlda sp was studied. In based on in the orthogonal testing method foundation, the effects of various reaction parameters such as temperature, time, UA concentration, and amount of lipase were studied. The result indicates that the best conditions for UAGE synthesis were as follows: UA concentration 2mol/l, lipase concentration 150g/L, 50°C,.20h. The maximum yield of enzymatic synthesis of UAGE was 32.2%. By variance analysis, temperature and UA concentration have significant influence on yield of UAGE, while time and amount of lipase have not significant influence on yield of UAGE.
