Test Research on Concrete Vibratory Mixing Techniques

For solving the problem that mixing quality, vibration intensity and working reliability can't be ensured at the same time in the study of vibratory mixing, authors put forward a new vibratory mixing technique. It is pointed that the reasonable vibratory mixing scheme should use mixing shaft and blades as vibration source, and combine vibration with forced mixing. By means of experiments of the prototype, authors discuss reasonable mixing parameters and vibratory parameters, and compare vibratory mixing with ordinary forced mixing. The test data indicates that this kind of vibratory mixer needs smaller vibration intensity. It has higher reliability and durability than the former equipment, and obviously improves mixing quality of concrete.
