The life's analysis on the existing structural system based on fatigue reliability

Through analysis on the structural system fatigue reliability, A model is founded to analyze the fatigue residual life on the existing structural system. This method takes fatigue life of exiting structural system as analytic object and gives reliability function in the future service period in the form of conditional probability. A numerical example is analyzed. It is showed that the method is suitable to predicting the exiting structural system reliability and convenient to calculate corresponding fatigue reliability value with specified frequency of fatigue loads in a certain service period. The results are instructive for structures in maintain and rational use.
