Distribution and microstructure formation of both magnetic particles and nonmagnetic particles in MAGIC (MAGnetic Intelligent Compound) fluids are investigated numerically. We show the particles distribution in MAGIC fluid under applied steady uniform magnetic field. In order to arrange nonmagnetic particles in the magnetic field direction, the diameter of nonmagnetic particles should be the same as the diameter of magnetic particles. Distribution uniformity of particles under applied magnetic field is almost the same compared with the uniformity of the initial state.
