Analysis of Resources Allocation Efficiency of China's Software Industry - Based on Empirical Analysis of China's Eastern Region

First, this paper uses the traditional DEA method to measure the resource allocation efficiency of the eastern part's software industry in 2005. Then, by using DEA cross-efficiency to make sort of the software industry resources allocation analysis. The results showed that: On the whole, the resources allocation efficiency of software industry in eastern region is effective; The cross-efficiency of Guangdong software industry is the largest, meaning that the resources input-output ratio of Guangdong software industry achieve the optimal; The cross-efficiency of Hebei software industry is minimum, meaning that the resources input-output ratio of Hebei software industry is the worst.
