The Traditional Content Management Systems (CMSs) have limited ability to support browsing tasks. This results in a limited number of search outputs for the users to analyze. In this research we overcome this issue and in this paper, we describe the development of the prototype that allows the user to create an ontology-based CMS in which ontology can be added, deleted or amended This prototype also facilitates adding or removing links to a collection of documents associated with a particular ontology within that CMS. The main focus of this research is to focus on using the concept-based search mechanism rather than using the traditional key word-based search mechanism.
