Online shopping is one of the typical e-business system over the Internet. With increasing online shops, it leaves buyers more room to negotiate with sellers, since buyers no longer have physical space constraints and can get as much as information of different online shops. In this paper, we present multi-agent system based online shopping model for virtual organization (VO), which uses a set of static and mobile agents to negotiate on the Internet. Two agencies namely organization agency and service agency are considered. Organization agency is responsible for providing required services to a user in organization by using information from service agency. The proposed work is simulated to test its operation effectiveness.
