摘要

Assessment of dependence of blood pressure (BP) parameters on the functional state of arteriolar (blood flow) and venular (outflow of blood) departments of skin microcirculation was based on BP monitoring (BPM) on the left upper limb and laser Doppler flowmetry with wavelet analysis of microcirculatory oscillations in the skin of the right forearm at 54 apparently healthy volunteers with normal blood pressure levels. Correlation of blood pressure with amplitude of pulse oscillation (Ac), which reflects the functional state of the arterioles, is not received. Revealed highly significant (p<0.000001) correlation of venular rhythm (Av) amplitude with BP levels according to the BPM.
