To satisfy the technique requirement of a famous domestic appliance manufacturer, whole process was optimized systematically in alloying method, coiling temperature, laminar cooling method, annealing temperature and skin pass elongation etc, the CGL equipment design capacity restraint was overcame, and finally galvanized deep drawing steel which can meet the customer requirement was successfully developed, and was successfully used in the house appliance by large amount, thus formed a brand of Ly Steel its own.
