Eliminating Yield Elongation Research at JISCO Household Electrical Appliance Sheet

As the market of galvanized sheet in recent years continues to go unfavorable, JISCO must seek ways to exert all its two CGL lines' strength to produce those sheets with high added-value, otherwise the Group may suffer a quite bad financial condition. Thus in the relating researches, we tried to make improvements on the CSP (Compact Strip Production) process used for producing electrical-household-appliance sheets, i.e., by regulating the contents of Als and N in liquid Steel and the coiling temperature of CSP hot rolling mill, and controlling the rolling force of SPM and total elongation of SPM and TL. And as the result of it, JISCO now has become a stable supplier of high quality electrical-household-appliance sheets.
