Process Research to Direct Hot Dip 55A1-Zn Process for Hot Rolled Pickling Strip

摘要

The present paper introduces the background of the direct hot dip 55%Al-Zn galvanizing process for hot rolled pickling strip,its process characteristics and defects commonly occur in the process of production, such as exposed steel and dross and etc. At last, the author analyses the origin of the defect and puts forward the solutions to the problem.
