Innovative Milieu and the Development of High-tech Industry Area-the Analysis Unifying Wuhan East Lake High-tech Industry Zone

The Wuhan East Lake high-tech industry zone is the country's high-tech industry area. As the most early established high-tech industry zone in Hubei Province, its development affects all high-tech industries developing process in this province. For itself, the construction of regional innovative milieu plays an important role in this industry zone development. In this article, we started from the conception of regional innovative milieu connotation, analyzed the action mechanism of the regional innovative milieu, relationship between the regional innovative milieu and the high-tech industry area's development, and the problem existing in the construction of innovative milieu. As a result, we have proposed several new ways to develop regional innovative milieu.
