The microwave properties of (Ca_(1-x)Ba_x)[(Li_(1/3)Nb_(2/3))_(0.95)Zr_(0.15)]O_(3+delta)(0.0< =x< =0.2, CBLNZ) ceramics were investigated. A single phase with orthorhombic perovskite structure was obtained at x = 0.0 - 0.025. Both the epsilon_r and Qf value firstly increased with increasing Ba~(2+) content, and then began to decrease at x = 0.025. The tau_f value increased from -9.4 ppm/ deg Cat x=0.0 to 18ppm/ deg C at x=0.2, which could be explained by the decrease of B-site bond valence in perovskite structure.
