Lean and Green: Energy-Saving Innovations in Paint System Design and Retrofits

A well-designed paint finishing system will function for 15 to 20 years. Some systems are even running after 30 years. This presentation examines design features that can be included in initial system design as well as retrofits to reduce energy costs in paint systems. Analysis includes capital costs and return on investment. Examples and case studies are presented.
