Repetitive pulsed magnetic stimulation (RPMS) is the use of pulsed magnetic fields to induce electric fields in the tissues by electromagnetic induction without the need for surgery or external electrodes [1]. In the previous report we demonstrated the tumor weight decrease (52%v.s. Non-treated group) and improved survival rate (200%v.s. Non-treated group on Day 27) in mice melanoma models by RPMS treatment, and suggested that RPMS will be useful in cancer treatment [2]. However, effects of RPMS on other cancers and the combination effects with the anticancer agents have not demonstrated.
