METHODOLOGY TO ANALYZE ORGANIZATIONAL TRAJECTORIES OF SMEs NETWORKS

This article represents a contribution toward deriving a concept of coordination within networks of firms and their trajectories, with a special focus on SMEs that are virtually linked to achieve goals. First, we develop a methodology for plotting cartographies of the network coordination modes based on the activities and the competencies of each firm. Next, the network evolution is represented by a scenario tree according to the initial position and the possible change of competencies and activities. The methodology presented integrates a global survey of the design of tools for the diagnosis of SMEs network performance.
