摘要

The use for production of polycristals of highly dispersive and nanostructured superhard powders of w-BN and DD is believed to lead to the origin of fine-grained structure of polycristals and as a consequences to the improvement of their properties such as hardness, wear resistance and others. In this connection some investigations have been performed with the intent of establishing of DS's conditions with the degree of transformation of graphite S2 type into DD and with DD's properties.
