Analysis of relationships among health-risk behavior in Korean adolescents

To prevent diseases related to unhealthy behavior, it is important that health-risk behavior are appropriately identified and managed in adolescents. The aim of this study was to identify Korean adolescents' current behavior and analyze the relationships among health-risk behaviour. Data were obtained from 72,435 adolescents that participated in the Ninth Korea Youth Risk Behavior Web-Based Survey, which was constructed by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Welfare, and Korea Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Adolescents' general characteristics and the relationships among the frequencies of their health-risk behavior were analyzed using STATA 13.1.
