摘要

This paper presents the numerical simulation of the thermal shock wave induced by the irradiation of high intensity particle (proton and electron) beams in Aluminum. Monte Carlo Method simulated the energy deposition process of the high intense particle beams in Aluminum, and using one-dimensional fluid-elastic-plastic model simulated the mechanical process induced by the energy deposition of incident particle beams. The energy deposition profile in aluminum slab for different incident energy of proton and electron beams was obtained. And the thermal shock wave induced by the different particle irradiation condition were simulated and analyzed. It was shown the induced thermal shock wave were quite different.
