Development of Plant-based Material to Automobile

摘要

It's very important to make effective use of sustainable resources, as the reduction of carbon dioxide is urgent for the prevention of global warming. We have developed a new automotive interior board made from a composite of plant-based polybutylene succinate resin and bamboo fiber, and a new automotive floor mat made from polylactic acid resin fiber. These parts are environmentally friendly as they reduce carbon dioxide and VOC emission compared to current parts.
