Exploration of Perfecting Examination System and Train Innovative Talents

摘要

The influence of the current examination system on teaching and learning is analyzed, in detail highlights the drawbacks of the traditional examination system, that is, it is disadvantageous for the training and assessing the ability and innovative consciousness. The "conductor's baton" function of the examination mode will lead to contents of courses, teaching methods and the teaching quantity being outmoded. It puts forward some suggestions of perfecting examination system, and improving the examination method to train the creative men for profession.
