摘要

The aerobic biodegradation is one of the possibilities to remove PCBs from the environment. Effectivity of this process can be increased in two ways: by application of the molecular biology techniques or by an adjustment of the environmental conditions. The main goal of the remediation technologies is the ultimate PCB removal from the environment. The only way how to achieve this is probably a combination of physical, chemical and biological approaches.
