1. Crystallization is critical step for bottom-up fabrication. 2. Acetaminophen particles produced in cases I, II, and III were nearly identical in purity and yield, but the PSD, drying, and filtration behaviors are different at higher length scales depending crystallization routes taken. 3. Optimization for process performance depending on different usage was not discussed in this study. 4. To design a robust and reproducible process, all processing and functional properties must be considered equally.
