摘要

The PC-assisted impact-grinding system which can change various operating conditions in real time was developed to increase the selective grinding effect between ductility and brittle materials in printed circuit boards (PCBs) used in home-electric-appliances. Firstly, destruction behavior of PCBs in the impact mill was clarified with a high-speed video camera. Then, the real time control of the operating conditions, such as the impact velocity, the opening ratio of screen etc., were examined. As a result, it was confirmed that the non-stationary grinding method can increase the selective grinding effect in a dominant difference.
