Development of the 42V auxiliary power supply for electric vehicle (EV) used the solar cells output and power supply

We developed an auxiliary power supply of the practical use solar EV combined the electric double layer capacitor (EDLC), the solar cells (Si single crystal) and the small DC-DC switching power supply (288V→42V) with rechargeable batteries (Lead-acid, Li-ion, etc.) at the time which the voltage of an auxiliary power supply for EV increases to 42V from 14V.
