On the modeling of bacteria colony pattern by the stochastic reaction diffusion equation

摘要

The purpose of this paper is to construct the stochastic model of the pattern formation of the bacteria colony and study processes of the pattern formation by using the proposed model. The stochastic reaction diffusion equation is adopted as the model describes the pattern formation process of the bacteria colony. The efficiency of the proposed model is examined through simulations.
