Characteristics of the Sustainable-development Model for the Outlying and Contact Zones of the Lake Baikal Basin

We consider several features of the sustainable-development model for the outlying part of the Uike Baikal basin. 'Hie comprehensive system of environmental and economic management is discussed. This system should be oricnied to the "individual" approach to priorities of areas and creation of'Tine" tools of management of natural resources.
