Extension Methodology Issues: A Comparative Analysis of the TV and SG 2000 Approaches

Before proceeding I would like to focus a moment on terminology. In this presentation and our discussions, I would hope to avoid the expression "transfer of technology," as I feel that this expression somehow implies that there is knowledge on one side and ignorance on the other, and that knowledge flows from the source down. So I prefer the good old word "extension" to transfer of technology.
