摘要

This document analyses the implementation of a “pro bono” legal clinic in the undergraduate degree courses of the Complutense University Faculty of Law, through a teaching innovation project, in terms of its objectives, methodology and work plan, among other aspects. This study demonstrates its suitability as a teaching methodology for the study of law and the desirability of its incorporation in the curricula of this faculty. The positive results clearly show its advantages for the students, since, among other benefits, it allows them to improve their legal training by applying their theoretical knowledge to the resolution of a real case, thus acquiring professional competences and skills, in accordance with the requirements of the Bologna process.
