A virtual and physical systems Intra-referenced modelling method with Petri Net is proposed to cope with the needs of Smart Factory. Through the intra-reference between virtual and physical systems in real-time and adaptive control method, intelligent product is able to acquire and process data, control the manufacturing process of its own and interact with human. To deal with the problems of process management and resource allocation in the manufacturing process, the PN modelled system, which is good at handling the real-time processing of concurrent events, is applied based on real-time data, and it then finalizes the optimal solutions after optimization and reconfiguration of the subsystems.
