摘要

We have proposed a chaotic cipher using the fixed-point arithmetic. Moreover, to develop a high speed cipher, we have incorporated the chaos into a stream cipher which is one of the cryptographic techiques. In the proposed cipher, the fast cipher was able to be realized, but the randomness of the cipher was inferior to the conventional and practical ciphers. In this paper, to realize a high speed cipher with high randomness, we change the cipher from a stream cipher to a block cipher. We report the properties of the proposed cipher based on the results of randomness using Diehard Test, processing speed of encryption and chaotic characteristics using Lyapunov exponents.
