摘要

When the great earthquake occurs, the workers at the port pier have to leave the coastal place as soon as possible. Number of available escape routes, however, is not enough. The optimization algorithm of the traffic network is presented in this study for efficiency evacuating the workers. The pier on Port of Nagoya is considered as the object domain. The traffic network on the pier is optimized by traffic simulator and the optimization algorithm.
