REFORM IN THE YEAR OF ECONOMIC CRISIS

One of the biggest risks that Romanian public administration has to deal in 2009-2010 is the fear from the economic crisis that is making us to forget about the good government and the agenda of reform. In fact, the crisis can be used as an opportunity to streamline the public sector, including to a local level. The legal remedies of rationing are demanded, but delayed in the years with budget growth; they must be put in practise now.
