Due to the role of national and local waste management WEEE legislation different and everywhere in terms of scope, obliged actors, financing, procedures and organization. Such divergent legal framework causes unnecessary cost. Which does not contribute to improvements for human health, environment, customers and shareholders. This message is not new. However, neither governments nor international institutions seems to be willing to accept this issue on their agenda. Therefore industry must continue to shout for help.
